Twelve participants underwent intense physical activity with sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and copper concentrations measured in blood and urine before and after training. Findings indicated that measured mineral concentrations varied but variations were small with no consistent increase or decrease pattern, suggesting safety for participant health.Downloads
