The temporal evolution of electrical resistance through different two-dimensional packings of Ni beads with 1 mA injected current was investigated. Resistance decreased towards a saturation value fitted by a Mittag-Leffler function, with relaxation dynamics remaining consistent across packing types though initial values varied due to microcontact formation during setup. Extended measurements revealed resistance increasing after the initial decline, possibly from deterioration of microcontacts between beads. Current interruptions produced variable effects depending on the packing configuration.Downloads
