No. Special Issue 7 (2026): Bulletin of the Chemists and Technologists of Bosnia and Herzegovina
On behalf of the Organizing and Scientific Committees, the Society of Chemists and Technologists of Canton Sarajevo, and the Department of Chemistry at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Science, it is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the 6th International Congress of Chemists and Chemical Engineers of Bosnia and Herzegovina (6th ICCCEB&H 2026).
Since its establishment, the Congress has grown into an important platform for bringing together researchers, educators, students, and professionals from academia and industry. It provides a unique opportunity to exchange scientific knowledge, discuss current challenges, and explore innovative solutions that contribute to the advancement of chemistry, chemical engineering, and related disciplines.
The scientific programme of the Congress reflects the diversity and interdisciplinary nature of contemporary chemical sciences. Through plenary and keynote lectures, oral presentations, poster sessions, and discussions, participants will share their latest research findings and establish valuable collaborations that may lead to future scientific achievements and joint initiatives. In addition, a satellite event for primary and secondary school chemistry teachers will be held as part of the Congress, fostering discussion on the growing role of artificial intelligence in chemistry education and its implications for teaching, learning, and pedagogical practice.
We are particularly proud to welcome participants from different countries and institutions, whose presence enriches the scientific and cultural dimensions of this event. Your contributions are essential to creating a dynamic environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and the exchange of ideas.
All accepted abstracts will be published in a special issue of the Bulletin of Chemists and Technologists of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while selected papers will be considered for publication in the journal following the peer-review process.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the members of the Organizing Committee, International Scientific and Advisory Committee, and Scientific Committee for their dedication and hard work. I also extend my appreciation to all authors, speakers, participants, sponsors, and partners whose support and commitment have made this Congress possible.
I warmly welcome you to Sarajevo and wish you a productive, inspiring, and enjoyable Congress. May the discussions, ideas, and collaborations initiated here contribute to scientific excellence and strengthen the connections within our international scientific community.
